While initially joining Mike's team as a field employee in 2018, I continued doing taxes in the off season as well as giving Mike my unsolicited tax advice (he even took some of it) .
In total I have seven years of tax experience and the biggest weakness I see in taxes is that lots of companies only focus on the tax preparation but they neglect that tax strategy side of things and looking at the big picture.
